Here are some suggestions for you to remember, and add to your daily assumption of Aqua Therapy according to your specific needs:
Some rules that are valid for everyone can keep you fit if they are followed daily: exercise, life style, diet.
Exercise

You can keep fit by doing 30 minutes of some kind of physical exercise every day, even if it distributed through the day.

It’s important that this exercise is moderate: a brisk walk, climbing the stairs, doing housework, playing with your children, taking the dog for a walk, riding a bicycle, and even moving about during the T.V commercials. What’s important is to repeat the same thing every day, at least five times a week.
