The rules of well-being
Here are some suggestions for you to remember, and add to your daily assumption of Aqua Therapy according to your specific needs:
Some rules that are valid for everyone can keep you fit if they are followed daily: exercise, life style, diet.
Diet

A correct diet should be well balanced and in reasonable quantity . A good amount of fibres, proteins, carbohydrates and a moderate amount of the ‘right’fat to naturally limit excess food and help block attacks of hunger due to a lack of some basic foodstuff. A correct diet also includes a generous amount of fruit and vegetables, (five times a day between one and another), and in general an ample variety of food. No single foodstuff contains all the nuriments which are indispensable for our organism, so a variety of food is the best way to avoid nutritional deficits that would make our well-being ‘limp’. Basic nutriments are contained in various food groups so the more we include in our daily diet, the best we will feel; the winning strategy is ”a bit of everything”.

The five basic food groups:

  • vegetables
  • fruits
  • cereals, pasta, bread
  • fish, meat and legumes
  • fish, meat and legumes

The “good” fats such as olive oil, composed of monoinsatured fats in small quantities are healthy; a good balance of fats at cellular level can control the level of icosanoids the messenger stubstances which favour or limit the general state of inflammation in an organism. In conclusion, it’s really important to complete you daily intake wiht a good quantity of the most important detoxifying element there is; water.

Our body is composed of the 70% of water: it makes up the blood, solid components and the substance that forms our cells. The excretion organs, particularly the kidneys, regulate the transfer of elements like electrolytes and waste substances like blood and urine: the presence of a substantial quantity of water available to these organs, allows an easy regulation of the substances in the blood and helps us to maintain a clean organism in working order.
